I'm running simulations where I'm defining a photovoltaic (PV) system paired with a battery energy storage system (BESS) and load profiles. The total annual load consumption is 4,019,704 kWh. When I define the battery system, the software (or methodology) suggests a recommended storage capacity from HTW of 4,019.7 kWh. I've tested this across several projects with different load profiles, and I consistently get a recommended HTW capacity that matches the annual load, just converted into MWh (e.g., 4,019,704 kWh → 4,019.7 kWh). Hello, I just made a 3d model, in agisoft, export it into blender, and finally i'm export it at .obj file and import into PvSol. After import, it looks like no textures (white building) this is my first problem. My secound is i can't put modules on the roof. What to do to prevent the modules from going under the roof? Dear Team: I need to limit the feed-in power at the conection point and I don´t sure if the Máximum feed-in Power Clipping is the tool for that. For example, if I have a 100 kW PV plant for use in own consumption and I have a feed-in limit of 25 kW, then would I have to put the Máximum Feed-in Power Clipping in 25% of PV Power at the feed in point? Hello, I have a question regarding the LCOE calculations and the total energy produced, including degradation. Which formula is used to calculate the total energy over the entire period? When I calculate it manually using the following formula, I get a different price for the energy produced. I'm trying to understand where the discrepancy is. Do you account for degradation only in the first year, or is it considered throughout the entire period?

I have my Model import .obs. The Model was created in SKP. I have the Model with a little PV Anlage and the is not Problem but when i try to calculate the full Anlage hat this Error.

I imported a .obj file into the model as it was easier to create the roof layout in external software, but I noticed that the shading created from the imported models isn't consistent. As shown in the image, there are gaps which pop up that shouldn't, and points of increased shade that don't make sense. I'm wondering if anyone has any solutions or an understanding of how much inaccuracy is being caused by these errors. Cheers.

Moin, bei mir wird für den Ladezustand (auf C10 bezogen) für das E-Fahrzeug nur ein Aufladung auf max. 80% und eine Entladung auf max. 20% angezeigt. Besteht hier die Möglichkeit, diese Einstellung zu ändern? Für das E-Fahrzeug geht das in der Datenbank ja nicht. Des Weiteren frage ich mich, wie der Ladezustand des E-Fahrzeugs angezeigt wird. Hello, I have two questions regarding some projects with the propose to full feed-in the energy to the grid. I update today the PVSOL for de 2025 R3 version and this type of simulation has changed. For exemple, I made a 2D simulation for 12 MW tracking and 4 MWh of battery. It usually charges de battery only from de PV when it starts do generate power and after the battery becames full, it feed-in the energy to the grid. Hi, I would like to know if there is a way to input two different tariffs for purchasing energy from the grid. I understand that it is possible to set up multiple dynamic tariffs for selling energy, but I need to do the same for the energy I have to buy. In my case, for the next two years, I have a contract with a fixed price of X per MWh for energy purchased from the grid, and after that, the price changes to Y per MWh. Hello, PV*Sol Premium 2025 still has a lot of problems. This is what is happening to me now - when generating energy flows, it divides the energy in a senseless way - 22 MWh of PV production is divided into 22 MWh for direct consumption and 21 MW for the DHW storage. Hello For my Off-Grid System I have: 13,7 kWp and 13 kWh Batterystorage (2 x Growatt GBLI 6532, 6,5 kWh) I use 3 x Growatt SPF 5000 ES Inverters. 3 Strings to create 3 phase current, which is one of the main use cases of those inverters. No separate battery inverters are required. I am not sure how best to represent the system and it´s power generation with the communicating inverters for the generation of three-phase current. In another post I read, that I this Inverter-hybrid configuration is only available with a grid connected system. What downside do I have when I use this work around (instead of use the off-grid configuration)? Which is the best …
