After the previous software update, errors in the demarcation of surfaces from imported 3D models are increasingly occurring - see the figure below. Before the R6 version, this didn´t happen practically at all - please check my project, the models are still created in the same way, so I assume that the error will be on your side. This inconvenience significantly slows me down in my work. 😒

hey i am trying to import a 3d object from sketch up but it keeps showing this " there is not a sufficiently large available area on this 3d object" what should i do ?

Hello, We are having a problem to design( with polygon) complex roofs with several faces and slopes, in the tutorials that were enclosed after the acquisition of the programme it shows how to design flat roofs or roofs with 2 to 4 slopes, in simple roofs while you are making the polygon you must press "Enter" to generate a vertex, but we can't find the way to put multiple vertices. when designing a roof like this (multiple cases in residential areas) we would like to know how to do it, thank you very much in advance and best regards.

Good day Please advise on the folowing points which i picked while using the progreamme. The Programe seem to not recognize Bi-directional/Hybrid Inverters The programme does not pick-up on inverters with 2 or more MPPT's with an MPPT wich has its own Short circuit current i.e the system would normally pick the Isc of one MPPT as the total short circuit current and not the combined short circuit current of the 2 MPPT's.

How can I program the time that the batteries will discharge for self-consumption? is it possible?

La visualización de los paneles integrados en el edificio o huerto solar, es uno de los grandes puntos a favor de este programa, por eso, cuando se pierde esa calidad final de visualización a nivel gráfico es decepcionante. Hi, I'm having trouble expanding the screen. From the point of view of compatibility with Windows 11, when setting up Windows for a convenient extension PVsol looks like in the second screenshot, this can be fixed by setting up compatibility, but then some windows look like in the first screenshot, which is not convenient to work with. Hi, I have seen several queries related to the definition of the purchase tariff scheme in PVSol, for various tariff periods, but I still have some doubts. The background in Spain would be that of a system with 6 tariff periods (€/KWh) that change according to the time of the year (see attached). In the replies there is mention of a query about a case of two (2) tariff periods (day, night) and it is stated: "You can set the numbers 1 and 2 in the table of the tariff period definition as you require". Is it possible to link different solar arrays to different energy usages in the one project, For example, if I had 3 buildings next to each other, each with different energy requirements, and an mpan in each building, when creating the consumption data could I have energy usages; Mpan 1, Mpan 2, Mpan 3, and then 3 different sized solar arrays to be appropriately sized for these individual Mpans? While browsing the forum, I found information that Electricity Savings are calculated as follows: (From-Grid Tariff Energy Price) * (Inflation Rate for Energy Price) * (Degradation of Modules) * (Total Consumption covered by PV power) And that's the way how I counted it. I'm really sorry to open a new topic for this. I'm sure I'm failing to find something obvious.... but... Where on earth are the degradation parameters hiding? My project is currently applying zero deg to the output. So it predicts (in a slightly optimistic way) that the project financial revenue is identical for the next 25 years. I have searched the forum and found talk of these parameters, I've searched the web and found a page showing the menu from which they are accessed... only I don't have that menu! Hi, I'm using the 30 day free trial to evaluate the software and some projects. It always takes a while to get used to new software so it is somewhat painful! Big confusion, no UNDO option... amazing, unbelievable even. But my question... is it normal that the software never maximises my hardware? I'm using a rig I built for Fusion 360, Intel I3-10320 3.8 to 4.4ghz, 4 cores and multithreading. 32gb super fast ram. But when running simulations, whilst the CPU does use all cores, it is only using 17 to 18 % of the procesor power, only 16% of ram, 0% SSD and 4% GPU. Is this a problem with my machine or with the software? Why am I waiting so long?! It is a bit boring! …
