It has been confirmed that the computer has a network. How can I change the software to online? developer_fw Posted June 18, 2022 Report Share Posted June 18, 2022 Hello xueting, please make sure PV*SOL is allowed to contact our online DBs either in the upper right corner of the main window or via Options > Program Options > Databases. This is also explained in our online help: https://help.valentin-software.com/pvsol/2022/en/options/#databases Please make sure a connection to our database API is possible! I assume you have to check your local or network firewalls for blocked requests of PV*SOL. Make sure to allow connections to our servers. In case you are located in countries with politically strictly regulated or censored internet, a VPN might help, if that is not also blocked.
