PV*SOL

A potential client has a fixed energy rate until 2025, then it will likely increase once that fixed rate ends. At the moment unless I'm missing something the two options are either fix the 'From-grid tariff' at that rate forever, or set the energy inflation rate from 2022. Both of which aren't accurate. Is there any way to model a fixed rate for a few years?

Hi! I got two pictures where it says MPP 1+2 and don't really understand that. Does Pvsol says that it should be 1 string splitted for the two MPPs because the high Ampere from the panels? The inverter has 2 MPP trackers with maximum 11A. 12,8A from the panels. I don't understand this. Sorry. The Mspaintpicture I made. Is that right?

Hallo zusammen, ich habe in der 3D-Visualisierung ein Gebäude erstellt mit verschieden hohen Flachdächern. Es werden nur ausgewählte Flächen mit Modulen belegt. Wenn ich dann "Modulbelegung" auswähle, springt die Ansicht auf die Etagenansicht, egal welchen Gebäudeteil ich aktiviere. Somit kann ich keine Dachfläche belegen. Nur in der Terrainansicht kann ich die Dächer sehen. Wo liegt der Fehler oder was kann ich tun? Danke und Gruß im Voraus, DWT

I would need the introduction of a system consisting of a Fronius Primo AC coupled inverter with a Victron Quattro and a BYD LVL battery. Is it possible to configure such a system? Personally, I have not found the way to do it. Thanks for any help.

Hi, Can we change the warning symbol in the string configuration section from a red danger to a yellow alert icon? Because this is only a generation loss warning. Not a hard design limit. You can use the icon similar to the warning message in the bottom section of the same page.

I'm tryin to add a new module, so i copy a existing module (VERTEX TSM -510-DE18M) and configure to the new module (VERTEX TSM -590-DEG20C.20). Infos get correct, but module design is not the same, white frames are appearing (probably cause the 510 module dimensions are 2187x1102mm and 590 module are 2172x1303mm), and i dont know how to solve this. I tried to change only electrical and dimension parameters, but had no results. Theres a specifc topic in the edit tab where i can define this design parameter?

When I try to draw Parapet wall on flat roof i get a messag that " an attic can only be breaten on building roofs with an inclination smaller than 20" My roof is flat and the button I pressed sat Parapet wall, not attic.. how do I fix this?

How should i understand the configuration? I select the inverter in Module Configuration.Then I want to select Battery system. But I can only choose Battery System with Battery Inverter. Then it looks like I have two inverters in the system. But I actually have the batteries connected directly to a single inverter. Where is the error?

Hello gentlemen We keep coming back to the same program error over and over again. As a company we design really large installations with the understanding that we only focus on rooftop PV. Your program is very popular with us, however it must be pointed out that with large installations the program has considerable problems using the available computer power and often likes to crash. Good Day everyone I'm working on optimizing the finances of large agricultural PV-Systems. In my country the price for the electric load is defined by the largest measurement per month. It makes a very big difference especially in agriculture and industry where there are large load peaks. I can't find an option where I can enter a load based price. Is there a workaround I could exploit? For the same reason I'd like to use batteries to help with the load optimization. Are there different options how the battery can be prioritized? Best, Lukas

I want to use that same inverter to charge the batteries but the program only allows me to use 3 inverters as it is a 3-phase system. I already configurated it as a 3-phase inverter. Hello. I followed the tutorial on importing the 3d model .obj from PIX4D to PV*SOL. When i import from DroneDeploy the model has color but when i import from PIX4D the model has no color. Is there any settings i must change? Any help would be greatly apriciated. Thank you.
