Electricity Saving Cost decrease with time period?

Hallo,

I am having a problem in understanding the Electricitry Cost over the time period. (Please see the Picture)

My Assumptions:

Assessment Period: 20 Years

Interest on Capital : 3 %

Investment: 770000 EUR

Feed in Tariff: 0,06 €/kWh in 2,0% Inflation rate

From - grid Tariff: 0,165 €/kWh in 2,0% Inflation rate

Degradation of Module: No degradation, 20 Years, Remaining output 100% ( Linear Straight line)

My Question:

When i put the interest on capital (3%) based on German bank, why the electricity saving showed decreasing? Could anyone help me to understand this please, Bitte!!
