Hi, I'm creating a off-grid system. I have 24500kWh consumption for year, and month of January is top with 2532kWh(per day about 84kw). I calculated and using 81 pieces 395W solar panels. And system have configuration of inverters like that: 3x5kw inverter for mpp1+2 1x15 (total 45 modules) and 2x6.5kw inverter for mpp1 1x9 and mpp2 1x9 (total 36 modules). There is no problem until to this point. I want to work system about autonomy like 2 days. as i calculated: 2x84kw=168kw. when i take in losses. 168/0.76=221. up to nearly 225kw. But when in pvsol, the program dont let the simulate under 390kwh total battery power. I cant solve that problem. Please help. …

Hello, I am writing to you regarding my latest problem with 3D modelling in PVSOL. When I am modelling the dimensions are always set to maximum values. For instance, depth is set for 8000m, and I can’t change it. Any other values in the 3D modelling are locked for maximum values as well without any chance of changing them. Is it a way to fix it ? Hallo zusammen. 1. wie berechnet das System die Sonnenstunden? Das System rechnet das nach Ausrichtung "+ " "-" Wenn die Nordseite dabei ist, wird es weniger, genauso wie bei Ost West. Da kann doch was nicht stimmen? Wenn ich nur Südseite mache, habe ich denn angebend globalen Jahresertrag. 2. Warum gibt es keine aktuellen neuen Wetterdaten 2022, 2023 ? 3. BYD Speicher Hersteller nicht mehr aufgelistet oder hat es in PV SOL einen andern Namen? 4. Wie schaut es mit BayernAtlas aus? Könnte man das evtl. hinzufügen?

In my simulation,for a particular orientation mpp input is not limiting in 4mpp inputs.But other orientation has been limited in 4 mpp inputs.Please provide a feasible solution..

I have just signed up for the 30 day trial on PV SOL Premium. I am based in South Africa but i cannot add new tariffs for the test designs???????? We finance the systems, and we need this financial information. Please let me know if this feature is turned off during the trial.

Hello, I have a problem with my system. The simulation result doesnt change if i switch between the system with battery and without battery. The battery is not charging. I also tried larger batteries, but unfortunately nothing has changed. SOC chart is 4-6%. I would also like to know how to assign a battery to each Deye inverter. Currently, batteries can only be assigned to one inverter.

We have a system where we combine two modules on each MMP 1 and 2, but the system wont allow this, is there a bypass or another way to configurate this with one Inverter we uses CIGS 480-195 and CIGS 480-150 - Green Energy Scandinavian A/S each module have same voltage so fx. 6.21 KW we combine 2x9 strings of 150w on one MPP and 2x9 strings of 195w on the other MPP

Hi, In the case of multiple MPPT inverters, do we need to add a single MPPT Isc or combined Isc data in the below section? In most cases of multiple MPPT inverters, I can see combined Isc data. But this is not relevant for inverter protection. If it is for single MPPT current (Isc), can you add some text mentioning single MPPT Isc in this section?

Hello everyone, I have a question regarding the replacement of modules that are already mounted. I know that in the "Administration of Reference Modules" there is the option to "Replace" but my question is: Can I replace modules that are already mounted and configured with other modules with different dimensions? The bold part of the question is the most important to me, because i would like to know if there is an automatic way to replace these modules without having to do so manually. I assume that it isnt possible, because that would also mean changing the placement of said modules and possbily the ammount. Am I right in this assessment? Thank you for your at…

Hi, I made 3D object in Sketchup according to picture I attached. I also made simple building in PV SOL and placed that object on roof. Problems comes when I try to move that object, for some reason I cant move it on entire roof. White object is one made in sketchup, and this is as far top left it can go. If you need more info or files, I can send them too.

In summary it seems like the battery can't be used. My installation is quite small as it's only 5,63kW. I chose SOFAR HYD3600-ES hybrid inverter and tried different batteries 3,8 to 5 kW. Even though information in battery system tab always was green, there was no battery on the chart, unless the battery was on AC side

Hi there, I would like to know if it's possible to place non-working PV panels. For example, in this project that I have to do, the neighbour's house already has solar panels, I would like to model the whole building including this panels but I don't want them to be part of my PV system. Hi there I'm getting this error message when trying to open one of my projects. I was going to open a previous version but I don't want to lose the work I've done. I also noticed a file with the same name has automatically been created in the same folder as the original file. The new file has the same name but also '.tmp' at the end. Perhaps it is some type of saving error, either way I would be grateful if there is a solution

Hi The ability to add consumption data from .csv files provided by the customers energy provider is really useful. Simulating the site behaviour with solar generation and battery storage system using historic data from meters and weatherstation can be very informative when specifying a capacity for the battery storage. However, now I am working on a project to add PV generation and battery storage where some of the site energy is provided by an existing wind turbine. Hi, On the length of the DC-cable, what does 2x Go-and-return means? Does the cables between panels count? And is it the length as cable 1 in my drawing, or 1+2?
