Hi, How do you configurate the degradation of a module when using 3D mode for a solar project? I can see there is an option of enter the early degradation % in 2D, but I cant find the option in 3D. Is there an option I am not seeing somewhere? Or is it only possible to ender degradation in 2D mode? Best regards,

Hello dear users I have a very annoying problem loading "load profiles" into PVsol. I usually get my information from the customers with meterdata on an hourly basis. Even though it's meterdata giving me a excel sheet with 8760 lines there is rarely strait numbers like 1, 5 or 12. The numbers are usually 10,2312, 43,411 etc. Now if it happens a file contains 1 or 2 strait number, normally I would manually find them in the sheet and change them from 2 to 2,0001 for an example. Once I have change all the strait numbers to numbers with decimals the profile can be loaded into PVsol. Unfortunally now I got a customer with 2 different "load profiles" with all strait number…

Hallo, I have a question about the calculation of MPP Matching losses. What in an inverter causes these losses. I have two identical configurations between Huawei and Solax inverters. The difference in losses seems quite big. How exactly is it calculated? Solax Huawei Even for configs with the same brand (for examle 2x50kW vs 1x100kW) there are big differences with MPP matching losses. Thanks in advance! Boris

can we charge battery from grid and pv on pvsol

Hi, When I have an AutoCAD drawing of a building or area as seen from above (top view), I usually import it via the "Coverable object - Map section" under the 3D Design tab. The problem then is to create buildings which have the exact length, width and orientation as those shown in the drawing. What I normally do is to "Sketch a 3D Polygon" which coincides with the drawing as much as possible and then stretch the sides until they are as close to the real dimensions as possible. However, if for example the building's length is 25 m, often I will end up with either 24,976 or 25,012 m but never exactly 25. I know this sounds picky, but sometimes …

Dobrý den, při kontrole výsledků jsem objevil rozdíly v simulaci a ve finanční analýze. Momentálně pracuji v testovací 30ti denní verzi zdarma. Pro lepší pochopení vysvětlím na jednom příkladu. Spotřeba celého objektu včetně vlastního zařízení je 8049kWh, z toho pokryto z FVS je 3988 kWh/rok, pokryto ze sítě 4071 kWh/rok. Takže když chci zjistit úsporu za rok, měl bych vynásobit cenu za kWh spotřebou, která je pokrytá z FVS, výsledek je 3988xA, kde A je konstanta. Jenže úspora v cashflow za rok je ale skoro dvojnásobná - 3988xAx2. V čem je problém? Domnívám se, že tyto částky by měly být stejné. Proč tyto sumy nejsou stejné? Samozřejmě pak to má dopad i na výpočet špat…

Hallo zusammen, ich habe 3 Module auf einer Gaube mit Aufständerung und Neigung 15 Grad sowie 15 Module auf dem Hauptdach mit Neigung 40 Grad. Alle 18 Module sollen in einen String gepackt werden. Nur die 3 Module auf der Gaube sollen nun Optimierer erhalten. Ich habe folgende Verschaltung angelegt: Das Problem ist nun, dass ich gerne eine Null bei der rot markierten Stelle eingeben will, er diese Eingabe aber nicht übernimmt. Where / how does PV*Sol come up with this number as it's always far too expensive compared to the cost of the system. Makes any install look like it'll take 20 years to break even?

Is there a way of removing the figure 'Development of energy costs' from the presentation. I can't see an option to toggle this on/off in the document template without removing the whole Financial Analysis Overview section which I don't want to do. I understand I can export to word and then remove it, but wanted a simpler solution to remove in PVSol so I can export to pdf without it.

Dear Martin, it is possible to add in the system database the Huawei 330KTL inverter. I've added but I am not 100% sure that all is ok with it. It has too much parameter and I want to be sure that I will configure well. Thank You in advance.

But i checked the hourly values , there was still consumption on that day. The table shows that there was no consumption on January 3rd and 4th. There should be a problem with the setup. Hi PVSol Team, I´m trying to plan with the Huawei SUN2000-215KTL-H3 for a 1MW park. In the database the inverter has 3 MPPTs with a maximum power of only 45,45 kW. The max. voltage and current per MPPT are correct (1500V and 100A), just the max. power per MPPT seems incorrect. Is this a mistake or am I missing something? Currently I can not configure the inverter in any sensible configuration. Thanks in advance! Boris

Can't save the name after changing it in new version. Reference name would be saved as Load Profile no matter what you filled in.
