Good evening I have noticed that when you export to dxf from "plans and parts list" menu the string plans are not correctly scaled, is something that also happens on the overview plans. it would be great if these issues were fixed in a future, and also if its possible to include an overvie string plan that includes all the strings in just one dxf file and correctly scaled. Hello As of this afternoon whenever I am trying to double click on the map to pin a location for new climate data, the window freezes and the program ends up crashing, causing me to force close. I can see and select existing climate pins, this is only occurring when trying to create a new one on the map. Can anyone advise what could be causing this and how to fix? Many Thanks Ryan

Dear All, I have tryed you software some month ago, and we are going to use it again. Unfortunately, appear the next problem (see the attached file). It happens with 4 file more. After those 4 messages (one per each file) in the 3D plan, appear a error, and I cannot save the plan. It seems that there is a corruption with Onedrive, but I cannot change the place of those files... I have uninstalled the software, the photoPlan, erased the folders of those softwares, and always appear the same problem... I tried to unistall several times the software and always the same. Hi all, My colleague and I are having a problem where the 'suggest configuration' and 'select configuration' options do not find any valid inverters. However, acceptable inverter configurations do exist and can be set up manually. We are using Solis inverters and Longi panels. For example, I have a configuration across 4 different rooftops, which I wish to configure together. The rooftops have 36, 70, 56 and 20 panels each. The panels are 450W each LR5-54 HIH 410 M. I have flat roof PV system and I wanted to draw the roof boundaries but I didn't find the option "exclude 3D object" in the menu when I right click on the object as shown in the figure. My question where I can find this option? Thank you in advance

Hello, Im having problems with cable plan. I configured my PV system and tried to add a Cable plan. However, I am unable to use it and everything else is configured in my project. Hello everyone, I have run into two problems while designing my solar power system. First one, as you can probably conclude from the title of this mail, has to do with the electricity savings in my results. I thought the savings should get bigger and bigger over the years, but instead I have a constant value of 0.01$. Does anyone has any idea why is that so? And the other question about the currency of the program. I am from Bosnia and Herzegowina and I would want the currency to be BAM, but instead I have dollars. Is there any way I can change it? I have east-west roof. The system is divided into 4 strings, 2 strings on East and other two strings on West. On West direction I have 4 PV modules installed on Dormer and 16 PV modules from left and right of the dormer. My problem now when I want to configure the modules of west roof on on 2 strings with inverter, it is not possible because it gives me two names. How can I put 4 PV modules on the dormer and the other 16 PV modules on 2 PV strings each 10 to configure them on the inverter?

Hi There, I've ran into an issue with using battery storage in the model. The site i'm modelling is a depot roof with multiple different levels and therefore to build the model, there was several different buildings and roof pitches creating a 'wave' sort of effect. For thos reason, there ended up being 45 coverage sections. The first issue was that we couldn't tie these together on less inverters so the model gave us 45 inverters. However, this doesn't worry me as a more detailed design will be undertaken on site by the electrical designer. Modules are connected into strings in physical rows, rather than connecting to physically closer panels. Some areas of the roof did this correctly, others haven't. I've tried re-creating the inverter assignment and re-creating the modules with the same results. Problem configuration: tmp1. Assignment works sequentially in rows. There are some strings that are spread from the far right to the far left. Desired configuration: tmp2. How do i adjust the problem configuration to have string design similar to the desired configuration?

Hello, I Have checked compatibility** from Enphase IQ-7A-72-2 with *SPR P3 385Wp panel. It says it is possible till 15A max. (Panels* are 10,63A Rated Current*** (Impp) & 11,3A Short-Circuit Current (Isc) (+/−3%). **https://www4.enphase.com/nl-nl/compatibiliteit-micros#results But in PV Sol after 10,2A it refuse to accept this combination. I know why this happen. Because the small letters from enphase datasheet: ""3. Maximum continuous input DC current is 10.2A."" Strange that Sunpower sells this combination with garranty.... how? Hi to the community, I am currently using PV*SOL Premium 2022 R4 and when trying to import a map cut from Google, the maps do not load. If I try using Bing, I can see the maps just fine. Is it a bug in the R4 version and should I update to the most recent version, or is it rather a hardware issue? Thanks in advance.
