Hi, we are interested in using photogrammetric mesh models created using Agisoft Metashape in PV Solar. However, the maximum dimensions of our model seem to be completely out of range (see image_1.jpg). Once located, the dimensions look fine (see image_2.jpg). Unfortunately, we still can't change anything like rotation angle as it always produces an error message (see image_3.jpg). Therefore, what export options do you suggest for Metashape, particularly regarding coordinate reference system? Thanks a lot in advance!

Hi All, I am running a simulation with PVsol and it is required to calculate the performance ratio for the system to compare between different systems, in the result screen I got a PR equal to 79.6% Although in the energy balance I got a rated PV energy= 139,303 kWh And AC output minus standby = 114,960 kWh when manually divide both I got a PR= 82.5% IS this formula correct? and how the program calculate the PR in the result screen? and how can that be justified by the numbers in the energy balance sheet? see attached pictures for illustration

Sicher eine einfache Frage, aber wie kann ich bei einem Flachdach mit Staffelgeschoss sowohl Dachfläche als auch Deckfläche des Geschoss 1 ( in Schiefer dargestellt ) mit aufgeständerten Modulen belegen? Die Deckfläche Geschoss 1 lässt sich auch nicht markieren (wie die Dachfläche oder Fassade). Beim Versuch dies zu lösen indem ich das Staffelgeschoss als zweite Dachfläche anzulegen bekomme ich folgenden Fehler: Vielen Dank.

Hi there, I have been trying to add a battery that is not currently on the data base. I am however not 100% sure if I have entered the battery specs properly specifically in the Capacity Characteristic section. I notice that when selecting a battery system in a PVSol project, Usable Battery Energy is shown at C10. I also noticed that the Ah rating from the battery spec sheets are inserted into the C10 input of the Capacity Characteristic section in the battery database. Hello, I have a problem with hourly values in output .csv file. For example, the sum of all hourly values of grid feed-in in one month is multiple times bigger then total grid feed-in kWh value for that same month. If I do this with minute values the problem is same, and total sum of all minute values for one month is different then hourly values sum.

Hi, Today this issue came up, when I try to change any value in any dialog box of 3D visualisation the value is instantly changed to max value, like 10000000. This problem is identical if I load some old project and try to change some values. Regards, Leo

Hey As usual i made a project in PVsol. I saved the project to go make some dinner. When i return to my laptop and reopen the project the majority of the panels have for some reason be realigned. I've never tried this before and I didn't even know it was possible for the modules to realign after placement? Is there a way now to realign the modules back to there original placement before the mishap or is this some weird bug there is no way to change now? I have attached two pictures. One showing the picture of the saved project and another of picture that shows what it looks like when i open the project.

Hello I need to be able to extract production's data in excel data format. That is, the data used in PVSol, to draw up the production forecast graf. Excel data has to be used to draw a new graph in Excel, that compares the forecast in relation to the current historical electricity consumption.

Hi, Is there any plan to add three voltage efficiency data points? This will help to improve the accuracy and helps users to verify the efficiency data based on IEC 61683 certificate values. Minimum 3 voltage efficiency testing is mandatory as per IEC. Some manufacturers also do it for 4 voltage values. I have attached an IEC certificate for your reference. Hello. I would like to know how precise are the production forecast data for bifacial solar panels? Since there are so many things that can impact the production, like the albedo. height and angle of solar panels. I could only get like +10% more production. But the ads say you could get up to 30% but I'm not sure how you could get that.

I receive many project files with DWG files and drawings of building sites. In order to run simulations in PV*SOL I have to manually draw up every project and place obstacles in PV*SOL. I have some net metering projects where i have a maximum kW allowable to feed-in to the grid. i'd like to configure the system with a 11.4 kW inverter but limit the ability to export only 5 kW. How can i achieve this in PV Sol?
