great idea for the wishlist! 

 

I would love to see DC Microgrid design capability within the software, so i do not have to try and negate the inverter by modifying characteristics, and then can get accurate system losses for using in a DC microgrid!

It would be helpful to implement a feature that automatically analyzes the system's specifications and recommends an optimal storage capacity. The system could calculate the most suitable size of the storage unit based on energy usage patterns and other relevant factors.

Additionally, the system could provide one recommendation focused on paybacktime, ensuring cost-efficiency, and another on autarky, optimizing for self-sufficiency.

In co-operation with the HTW Berlin (Berlin University of Applied Sciences), we have integrated a storage size calculator into PV*SOL based on their studies described in the publication in the appendix (German only).

Hello,

it will be very useful to have cardinal directions (North-East-South-West) marked on dimensional drawings. For installers sometimes its hard to determine correct position of panels for rectangular roofs.

5 - Compatibilidad de archivos BIM/ifc.
