March 21, 20188 yr comment_1597 Why does the map section not always work. I have to zoom out for the whole of the world then manually zoom back in finding address rather than taking postcode. Report
March 22, 20188 yr comment_1599 Hello Stuart, this problem should be solved with the upcoming PV*SOL R5. Kind regards, Marcel Report
May 18, 20188 yr comment_1703 Waow Marcel, excellent answer... We pay a lot of money for PV sol and the select map section is one of the important things that should work all the time. Not waiting for an upcoming release. It doesnt work now either.... Report
May 22, 20188 yr comment_1707 Hi Patrik, sorry for the late response. You are right it should work. And it did for us and for all testers. It seems that in rare corner cases it doesn't. To track this down some more information about this corner cases would be helpful. Helpful In this case would be a screenshot, internet speed and if a proxy is involved. And sorry to say that, but sometimes only a release could fix such errors. Kind regards, Thomas Report
