Ragy Posted February 22, 2020 Report Share Posted February 22, 2020 Hello, I downloaded PVSOL Premium 2020 from the website Solar Design Co and I bought the license, but doesn't complete the installation and giving me a/m error message in the title. developer_mh Posted February 24, 2020 Report Share Posted February 24, 2020 Hi Ragy, this error is unknown to me, but it looks like a system issue to me. "msxml3.dll" is a system library located in C:\Windows\System32\. Can you see it in your system? Also be sure that no other process is accessing the PVSOL.ini file here: "C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Valentin EnergieSoftware\PVSOL premium 2020\PVSOL.ini" or, if you install PV*SOL premium 2020 for the first time, check this file: "C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Valentin EnergieSoftware\PVSOL premium 2019\PVSOL.ini" Hope that helps to identify the problem. developer_mh Posted November 29, 2021 Report Share Posted November 29, 2021 Hi Fredrik, coudl you check if you have access to the following files: "C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Valentin EnergieSoftware\PVSOL premium 2021\PVSOL.ini" and "C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Valentin EnergieSoftware\PVSOL premium 2022\PVSOL.ini" as well as "C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Valentin EnergieSoftware\Installation.ini" Also check if these files are read-only or currently in use by another process or user.
