Dear users,

please help me to understand when / where the CABLE PLAN option designs is available!

Please look at the image and help me to understand why the menu is not complete?

Where? Or Witch type of the construction will allow me to plan the cable plan?

Thank you in advance!

Best regards.

Hi CodrinSomesan,

the cable plan design is not available for more than one module area.
As you connected two different module areas, the buttons in the ribbon bar are not visible.

The solution is to only use single module areas.

I hope that helps and best regards,
Frederik

I have been having the same issue (only page preview appearing in cable plan) but I have rearranged my panels to be in one module area and the cable plan options are still not appearing. It is working when I configure with Solis but not when I configure with SolarEdge. Can you tell me why this might be?

Thank you

Hi Kitty,

this is correct, the cable plan is currently disabled for polystring (multiple module areas on one MPP tracker). For SolarEdge configurations, the polystring option is enabled by default. If you only have one module area you can uncheck that option. Then you can use the cable plan feature:

Hope that helps, kind regards,
