The steps would be: Select in PVSOL under "Help" to "Registration" Copy your serial number to a safe place Press the Button "Change Registration" Press the Button "Deregister Serial Number" Deinstall PVSOL Install PVSOL on the new computer Register with the old serial number Kind regards, Marcel 1 Quote

I made every step as shown above but I can't register on a new computer. The error message says that the license is already registered. Kind regards, Lukas Quote

The reason is that your license has not been deregistered on the old device yet. If you want to move your license to another computer, you must first deregister the relevant serial number on the old computer. To do this, please open the program on the old computer and carry out the following steps: Help -> Registration -> Change registration -> Deregister serial number With the released serial number, you can register your software on the new computer. If you have many self-created modules/inverters, you should also transfer the User ID and the database name to the new PC. Otherwise all the data you have entered yourself will be lost. You will find this option under "Options" > "Program options" > "Databases". Here you can export the user ID of the personal database. If the release did not work or you no longer have access to the old computer (e.g. after a hard disk crash or an update of the operating system), we can release the license for you. Please uninstall the software on the old computer (if still possible) and send us the "Software reactivation request" form, completed and signed, by e-mail.
