Error in instalation ARM

Hello

I am trying to install your PVSOL program to test it, since I am very interested, but it gives me an error.
I am installing it on a MAC M2 that runs Windows 11 in parallel. When installing it it tells me that it is only possible to put it on X86 and X64 processors (this processor is ARM)

The version I am installing is 2024_1. The issue is that a colleague tested the 2023 version with the same system and says that it worked perfectly.

Thank you for your inquiry.

PV*SOL premium is currently still a 32-bit application.

Running PV*SOL premium on a virtual machine works without problems for many of our customers.

Make sure that the virtual machine can provide the required 3D hardware support. Please check how the graphics resources are allocated to the VM. At least DirectX must be supported. The graphics may not support OpenGL or Direct3D or the functions may need to be switched on.

General system requirements:

- Internet access
- Processor: Intel i3 or equivalent
- Working memory: 4 GB
- Free hard disc space: 850 MB
- Monitor resolution: at least 1,024 x 768 pixels
- Operating systems: Windows 10, Windows 11
- Graphics: DirectX compatible (at least version 9.0c), 1 GB, OpenGL support
- Other: Microsoft .Net Framework 4.7.2 Redistributable Package
