Hello i can not understand why it shows financing or 26 years. project assessment period is just 25 years

i already post how to hide it but my customer want to know why we show 26 years. pv file is attach. i also attach my related post thanks

Dear anees,

there is indeed an error regarding the assessment period for non-German projects. The extra year comes from German regulations and is unfortunately not handled for correctly for other countries. We are very sorry for that.

At the moment I can only recommend a work around as follows:

• Change the assessment period to 24 if you want to see 25 years in the cash flow
• Change the Period of Use for the investment costs to -1, like so:

 

We will investigate this issue further and hopefully come up with a more durable solution soon.
