why battery is not charging from pv

Hello 

i am facing issue in a project that battery is not charging from PV. I see that it was charging but and pvsol report show me its values but now i am seeing no charging from pv 

system size is 402kw 

4 inverters sun2000-105ktl

I have the same problem - in summary it seems like the battery can't be used. My installation is quite small as it's only 5,63kW. I chose SOFAR HYD3600-ES hybrid inverter and tried different batteries 3,8 to 5 kW. Even though information in battery system tab always was green, there was no battery on the chart, unless the battery was on AC side
