"The circuit diagram could not be created"

Hi, I´m using PvSol premium for few months, but early this week PvSol shows me notification "The circuit diagram could not be created" for the first time. I made all steps like always - inverter configuration control is OK (green), simulation is running normally, no orange triangles warnings, but scheme of "energy flow graph" in results is gone and also "plans and parts list" page is empty. I can make results without these two pages (diagrams). I tried restart PvSol and PC too. Notification will apper in new project and also in recreating old projects. Will be gratefull for advice, what I´m doing wrong. Thank you.

could you contact our technical support team, please? Along with your customer number and your log files, so that they can help you out. Most likely it is an issue with a path or directory that is not found or access privileges are missing or so.
