Marta Gonçalves Posted March 26, 2019 Report Share Posted March 26, 2019 Good afternoon As I have previously reported a problem I am having with 1 project, in PV Sol. I imported a 3D model of sketchup following the directions provided by you in the tutorials. I inserted the PV modules and the inverters in the different areas of my project,and it's everything ok. The problem is when the software asks to simulate project shadowing. The program locks and shuts itself off. I have been trying for 3 days (since Sunday) and my deadline for delivery of the project to the client is ending, tomorrow I have to deliver the completed project to my client and I can not get the energy simulation.
