How can I draw or define and extrude light domes on top of a building with PV*sol?

Dear Orakel952,

if the light domes do not have to be round, you can just use the extrusion tool:

In your case you would extrude the whole ridge at once, in two segments, I guess. Then you can also add an inclination like so:

I made two extrusion (but didn't move them close together so that we see more detail):
