Using 2022 climate data for PVSol simulation

Dear All,

I would like to use very recent climatological data, like from 2022.

The KNMI allows a downloading a txt file that contains hourly data of temperature, solar radiation, and about 20 more parameters. How would it be possible to use this data in a PVSOL or maybe a PVSYST simulation. Or any other software for that matter. The ultimate goal is to calculate a performance ratio based on this very recent climate data.

Thanks a lot, in advance.

P.s. i am a PVsol user.

I must admit that the documentation is a bit hidden in our online help, but here you go: https://help.valentin-software.com/pvsol/2022/en/pages/system-type-climate-and-grid/meteosyn/#options

If you have further question, feel free to ask!

Kind regards,
Frederik
