Crashing when creating climate data

Hello

As of this afternoon whenever I am trying to double click on the map to pin a location for new climate data, the window freezes and the program ends up crashing, causing me to force close. I can see and select existing climate pins, this is only occurring when trying to create a new one on the map. 

 

Can anyone advise what could be causing this and how to fix?

Hi Ryan,

we have just experienced the same issue here. Our first impression is that the servers of the PVGIS service are currently having problems. We will let you know as soon as we know more.
