Hello, I know the PVSOL system defaults to 470 g/kWh for the CO2 saving, I have updated this to 193 to reflect the government figures but even though I click Save as Default, it keeps defaulting back to 470. Any advice? Many Thanks Ryan

Hello, as above - is there a way to have a spacing gap every, for example, 7 panels when using the fill area tool? I know I can set horizontal and vertical module distances, but this seems to affect every panel, rather than being able to set it to every 7. Thanks!

Hello As of this afternoon whenever I am trying to double click on the map to pin a location for new climate data, the window freezes and the program ends up crashing, causing me to force close. I can see and select existing climate pins, this is only occurring when trying to create a new one on the map. Can anyone advise what could be causing this and how to fix? Many Thanks Ryan

I've noticed since the 2022 update that the "Own Power Consumption" Percentage figure has been removed from the yield section, this was a useful figure for us to highlight the ROI potential of our systems. I know it can be worked out by using the figures from the energy flow graph, but it'd be great to have it added back as a figure.

Hello I've got a file with 3 arrays on 3 elevations, all flat roof mounted systems one of them offset from the orientation edge When clicking the calculate button, the shading losses calculation hits 365 days, then the second calculation box pops up, closes again and it takes me to the presentation page. However, it is blank, and when I click on the calculate button it tries to run the calc again but hits the same issue. Can any advise?

Hello, We have a time sensitive project which is waiting on a calculated sol, but the results calculation is taking hours on our PC, even when we strip the design down to demonstrate just 1 elevation. Is it possible that someone could run the calculation for us and send the word print out, and check if there's anything causing it to calculate so slowly? Many Thanks

I have a 2mw system that calculates fully then crashes. I have previously managed to calculate a 3mw version, then reduced the size of this and now it crashes. is there any fix, or are you able to calculate my file and send me the printout? Many thanks

Hello. I have formatted half hourly data from 2020 to cover 17568 values (366 days, 2020 leap year) The data imports fine, I can set it up as 30 min intervals, but the figures are all coming out halved. For example, if the total sum on the HHD spreadsheet is 42,000, PVSOL is showing 21,000, and all of the months are halved. Any advice? Cheers Ryan
