Window corrupt and how i can use old serial key?

Hello i have license of PVSOL but my window corrupt, 

Can i use old serial key? if yes then how?

actually i reinstall PVSOL when i register it says that this serial number is aleady register

Hi anees,

you can send an email with your customer number and your serial number to sales@valentin-software.com. They can deactivate the licence, so that you can activate it again on your freshly installed system.
