Mounting surface onto imported model

hey i am trying to import a 3d object from sketch up but it keeps showing this "

there is not a sufficiently large available area on this 3d object" what should i do ?

after importing a 3D model you have to draw a mounting surface onto the imported model:

Otherwise it will not be possible to place modules:

The problem is the software does not activiate my 3d model , so i can not draw a mounting surface on it…

via exporting this to .stl, importing it to https://www.blender.org/ and exporting the model as .obj ...

it is possible to import your model into PV*SOL and start drawing mounting surfaces:

I attached your model as .obj version. Have fun!
