Hallo Forum,

ich habe wiederkehrend das Problem, dass ich mitten bei der Bearbeitung meines Gebäudes keinen Feedback vom Programm mehr bekomme.

Ich kann scrollen aber keine weiteren Befehle über das Menü ausführen. Mir bleibt nichts anderes übrig als StrAltEnt und ungespeichert das Programm schließen.

Was kann ich tun?

    könnten Sie noch ein paar weitere Informationen bereit stellen? Gerne auch per persönlicher Nachricht hier im Forum. Zum Beispiel:

    • Versionsnummer von PV*SOL
    • Log-Dateien (Verzeichnis aufrufbar aus PV*SOL mit CTRL+SHIFT+L)
      • PVSOLpremium.log
      • Wow6432.log
    • Eine Projektdatei, bei der das Programm unbedienbar wird
