Zhaoyu Posted November 23, 2021 Report Share Posted November 23, 2021 Hi, I am using PV*SOL Premium 2021(R7) and MeteoSyn 5.0.30.0. and trying to import measured data to PVSOL, and MeteoSyn giving the error message of "Missing information could not be imported." I checked the Internet which is normal, also different proxy settings have been tried, still got the same error message. My .dat file is attached as follow. I would appreciate your help. developer_mh Posted November 23, 2021 Report Share Posted November 23, 2021 Hi Zhaoyu, the input of the right coordinates is somewhat difficult in MeteoSyn. See our help page here. The error here is the missing minus sign in front of the latitude. And also the decimal coordinates need to be changed to dd.mmss notation. Dongguang is located at 22.95 °N and 113.90 °E. So you'll have to enter this: Dongguang 22.570,-113.54,50,-8,-30 Ta Gh FF RH 30.5 0 0 0 30.3 0 0 0 [...] You can easily calculate the resulting coordinates in Excel, like so: The formula used in cell D3 is =(B3-FLOOR.MATH(B3))*60/100+FLOOR.MATH(B3) Hope that helps, kind regards, Martin Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
