Krzysztof Posted July 30, 2020 Report Share Posted July 30, 2020 Hello, I am having trouble opening the PhotoPlan tab. After trying to boot from PVSOL, two errors appear. This is a new computer on which I installed the program for the first time. The downloaded version is the most recent version downloaded from the official website. Errors prints screen below. developer_mh Posted August 10, 2020 Report Share Posted August 10, 2020 Hi Krzysztof, we have not encountered this error before, but it seems that you are on the right track. Did you try to run the Windows Update after installing the C++ redistributables? And also, as always in Windows, don't forget to restart your system.
