José Cabrera Escobar Posted April 1 Report Posted April 1 I have an off-grid system with a battery. This battery doesn't require its own inverter; it uses the main inverter. How can I design this in the software? The problem is that the software requires a battery with its own inverter, which isn't my case. I want to model a system with a Goodwe GW5K-ES-LD-G10 inverter and a Goodwe LX A5.0/30 battery. Quote
José Cabrera Escobar Posted April 3 Author Report Posted April 3 Dear Valentin Software I would like to carry out a simulation with a Goodwe GW5K-ES-LD-G10 inverter, but when selecting the battery, it asks me to choose a battery inverter and a battery, as shown in the figure.. I am using the Goodwe LX A5.0-30 Series battery, which does not require a battery inverter and connects directly to the main inverter, the Goodwe GW5K-ES-LD-G10. How should the configuration be carried out in this case? Regards José Cabrera UNIVERSIDAD TÉCNICA DE AMBATO Quote
hotline_oh Posted April 7 Report Posted April 7 Dear José Cabrera, Thank you for your inquiry. We recommend that you plan your stand-alone system as if it were a grid-connected system, as described in our FAQ: How do I plan a stand-alone system? Quote
José Cabrera Escobar Posted Friday at 04:37 PM Author Report Posted Friday at 04:37 PM Dear Valentin Software I have used the proposed system. But when selecting the battery, it still asks me to choose a battery inverter and the battery. In my case, my system does not require a separate battery inverter; it operates with the main inverter. Best regards, José Cabrera Quote
