  1. Hi hom, in the „Option/Project Options“ dialog is an opportunity to specify a yearly or monthly ground reflection value. Some standard values (for Sea it is 3-8 %) are provided in this table. Does this help with the implementation of your project? Kind regards Mikio
  2. Hi Amir, It depends on the definition but I think it can be seen as the same. In our online help (in the section Tracking types) we defined the surface usage factor as following: Please let me also refer to an earlier post with a simple visualisation and calculation description of the Surface Usage Factor by Martin. Hope that helps to clarify your question. Kind regards Mikio

    Cable Length

Hi Rahil, Thank you for your post. Yes, at the “Cable Plan” Tab in the 3D Design Tool is a “Cable List” Button that shows length of the cables used in the plan. Kind regads Mikio
  5. Hello Prosolar, thank you for your report. The error is not yet known to me. Can you send me the .pvprj file and all autosave .pvprj files via private message in this forum, so that we can check if a non-broken state is recoverable? The autosave files are located in the directory "..\Documents\Valentin EnergieSoftware\PVSOL premium 20XX\Autosave". Kind regards Mikio
  6. Hello LukasBucki, thanks for your post. I was able to find two products from Deye. Are the ones you expect among them? A checked 'Favorites' checkbox could be a reason for not showing entries, if they are not marked as favorites before. Please let me know, if the entries are still not showing. Kind regards Mikio
  7. Hi Ali, unfortunately there is still no possibility to import *.dwg files. Supported formats are *.x; *.obj; *.dae; *.blend; *.3ds; *.ase; *.lwo; *.ply; *.stl; *.ms3d. You could export your DWG files as images (bmp, png or jpg) and then import them into PV*SOL, just like map images. Hope this is an acceptable workaround for you. Kind regards Mikio
  8. Hi Mahdi, unfortunately it is not possible to connect 3 hybrid inverters to each of 3 batteries at the moment. But from the next major Version (PV*SOL premium 2024 R1) it will be possible. For now, please let me redirect you to this other thread with some more info: https://forum.valentin-software.com/topic/1626-ongrid-pv-system-with-batteries/ Kind regards Mikio
  9. Hi Akash_2121, thanks for your question. Could you please send me your PV*SOL project file via private message in this forum, so that I could understand the concrete configuration? It also could be, that there are too less inverters selected to make a matching configuration suggestion (or that the GivEnergy Hybrid Inverter is not suitable for this specific configuration). You can add more inverters by clicking on 'Inverter-Selection' in the 'Automatic Configuration' section. Kind regards Mikio
  10. Hi Shigoist, thank you for your post. Cloud you please send me the files you are trying to import via private message in this forum? With the files I can try the import myself and hopefully help complete the import successfully. Kind regards Mikio
  11. Dear Peter_, thank you for your contribution. Currently, there are no plans to add a dedicated carport construction in addition to the existing formations. Nevertheless, I have forwarded your request to the appropriate developers. Kind regards Mikio
