Errors When Opening Projects

Good afternoon. I recently updated PVSOL to the 2025 version, and I am encountering an error when trying to open a project, as shown in the attached image.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Thank you for your inquiry. 

Please also send us the log files of the program. You can find these files in the following directory: C:\ProgramData\Valentin EnergieSoftware\log

The ‘ProgramData’ directory is normally a hidden directory. If you do not see it, then enter the above path directly into the path window of your explorer.

 

We would need the following files:

1. pvsolpremium.log
2. pvsolpremium.log.1 (if available)
3. pvsolpremium.log.2 (if available)
