December 5, 20241 yr comment_18124 I have problem with visual errors when i use Map section with google solar API. Modules move and get smaller and cropped when I'm trying to mount modules with the map section Lift mode activated. The modules appears correctly when I turn Lift mode off. Is it just a graphic error or is PV*sol simulating and doing shade calculations on the small and cropped modules? I've been using Map section with google solar API for the last 2-3 weeks without any problem. The visual errors started yesterday december 4th. Report
December 10, 20241 yr comment_18152 Hello Jerry Dahlsberg, Thank you for your inquiry. I assume that you have chosen a flat mounting angle (e.g. 10°) in the lower photo and a steep mounting angle (e.g. 80°) in the upper photo. This makes the modules of the upper system appear much smaller in the overhead view. If this is not the case, please send us the project file(s) (*.pvprj) to hotline@valentin-software.com so that we can take a closer look. Report
