Scott-Illuminate Posted September 18 Report Posted September 18 Hello, I have an end user who is currently having issues with crashes when using PV*Sol and AutoCAD at the same time. They have reported that the CPU usage hits 100%. Device specs are as follows: Dell Latitude 5540 13th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-1365U vPro® 12 MB cache, 10 cores, 12 threads @ 2.69GHz 16 GB, 2 x 8 GB, DDR4, 3200 MT/s, Non-ECC, dual-channel Intel 13th Generation Core i7-1365U vPro, Intel Integrated Graphics, TBT4 The user is using PV*Sol Premium 2024 and AutoCAD LT 2025 (Version 25.0.116.0) Is there anyone else who has experienced this issue and knows how to resolve it? developer_mh Posted September 20 Report Posted September 20 Hi Scott, please contact our technical support team: https://valentin-software.com/en/support/technical-support/ You can look into the Windows Event Viewer and see if you find any errors related to PV*SOL or AutoCAD.
