Problems with using Sketch up models, dont recognize objects on roof

I have added ‘obstacles’ (windows that protrude 0.38m upwards), which is where I will put the solar panels, but it does not recognise the space left over from the roof, which is sufficient.

PV*SOL is not able to decide which parts of your object are a mounting area and which are barred areas. You have to give PV*SOL hints by drawing them onto the surface surrounding objects:
