Do you have the option to do a dummy file with the same setup you could upload here? What version of the software are you using? I would have guessed high battery losses (are there many dc-coupled batteries involved in the setup?), but that doesn't really match the high performance ratio. As tsarbiker said, a project file would help to have a look at the setup. You can either upload a file directly in this thread or send me a private message here in the forum with the .pvprj file.
