Can i record the sun animation?

Hello, I'm a Spanish speaker, but it's no problem.

I wanted to ask if there is an option to recall in 3D the animation of the sun and the trajectories of these shadows that occur since I see that PVsol only allows taking snapshots.

If not, I would look for an external program.

No, there is no option to save and load certain sun positions for further maximum shading analysis.
