Importing my own Climate Data into PVSol

Hi,

Im new here, there are a old topic with this name (2020), so i think is better to star a new one.

 

Im having the same problem. i want to import my own climate data into pvsol but i followed the instruccions from pvsol and the older topic and have the message "Conversion failed, Formatting error"

this is a capture from my txt

then, in file/ saves as -> change to the type to " All types" and save the file with the format ".dat "

 

can anyone help me please. Thanks in advance.

  • Less decimal digits (4 digits should suffice)
  • Real tabs instead of \t to separate the column names
  • The Longitude has to be inverted since East and West are the other way around
