No Read Permission - Load Profiles

Hi, 

we are challenged by PVsol not accepting CSV or TXT file, when loading prfile. We have other CSV files where it works fine.

Hi,
When i want to insert a load profile, based on hour data, i get the following error: " No read permission of the file". 

Am I doing something wrong? I changed the format multiple times. 

Could someone help me?
