Hello,

one of our users has problem with problem crashing.

When he is using 3D models and is switching from/to Autocad, pv*sol becomes unresponsive and needs to be force quit via task manager.

How should we proceed to debug this?

    Could you elaborate on that? Did you try to import a 3D model? Does PV*SOL also freeze when there is no AutoCAD running?
