I have a battery with the .Bat of it. Is it possible for you to add  it please on PVSOL ?

thank you for your feature request. I put it next to the wish being able to add inverters via .OND files.

So far it is only possible to add the battery data from the .bat file manually in the same way as you would do it with a technical PDF datasheet.

Estou tendo o mesmo problema: que a ficha técnica deste produto (LUNA 2000 200 KWH 2h1) é muito diferente das características que estão presentes na base de dados do PV*Sol, não sei o que colocar.....

My guess is that the besaid systems are not present in our database yet. I forwarded your request to our database team.

What exactly are the parameters that are unclear?

this battery simply is not available in our online database yet.
I forwarded your request to our database team.

Meanwhile you could input the given specifications in your own created product to be able to simulate rather than waiting for the databases getting an update.
