Finn Posted March 21, 2023 Report Posted March 21, 2023 Greetings, I am simulating a building with a large number of modules. The installed capacity is 4000 kWp and the simulated production is 9 760 000 kWh/year. This gives a performance ratio of 221,8 % This performance ratio is clearly not feasible. I have simulated the same project in Solysun and the simulated production is 2 700 000 kWh/year. PR is approximately 85 %. How do I fix this error to have a more feasible performance ratio for my project? Best regards, Quote
developer_mh Posted March 21, 2023 Report Posted March 21, 2023 Hi Finn, a performance ratio of over 100% is physically impossible, you are correct Could you provide the project where this occurs? You can send it to me here in the forum as private message. Kind regards, Martin Quote
Finn Posted March 21, 2023 Author Report Posted March 21, 2023 Hi Martin, I have send you my project as a private message. Thank you for taking your time looking at the project Best regards, Quote
developer_mh Posted March 21, 2023 Report Posted March 21, 2023 Hi Finn, the problem is the PV module "JW-HD144N-570" which was user created. It has wrong low light values: Please check the values again, then it should be fine. Kind regards, Martin Quote
Finn Posted March 22, 2023 Author Report Posted March 22, 2023 Hi Martin, I understand the problem. Thanks for looking into it for me. I am not sure what value I should input for low light values. The module I was trying to create was the new Jolywood JW-HD144N / 570 W Can you suggest an appropriate value for this module? I have attached the sheet for the module. Best regards, JW-HD144N-550-575.pdf Quote
developer_mh Posted March 22, 2023 Report Posted March 22, 2023 Hi Finn, if unsure, just select the "Standard low-light behaviour". Kind regards, Martin Quote
