Hello Sabine Kudsk

The climate data used for the simulations is based on several years to build a so called typical meteorological year (TMY) https://help.valentin-software.com/pvsol/2023/en/calculation/irradiation/climate-data/#what-are-climate-data-sets-what-does-typical-meteorological-year-mean. So no, the information you can get out of MeteoSyn or PV*SOL respectively cannot give you data for one specific year, I'm afraid.

In many countries there are weather service authorities which often have to provide their datasets to the public. So my suggestion is to start looking for nationwide and county-wide authorities.

Is this what you were asking for?

Kind regards
Frederik
