3d planing in old project not avaible!!

Hi, I have been using the 3D planning for a large project with 5 roofs. Today we need to make a few adjustments but when I open the project file the 3D Planning is not avaible.... I`ve opened other projects and it seems to be fine. What have I done incorrect or not done?

Hello Andy,

that doesn't sound good.
Are there any backup copies available? Nevertheless, you could send me the project file by private message and we'll see if anything can be saved.

We are aware of similar phenomena. We suspect that the installed antivirus program may cause problems during the saving process. We have been working on it for a while to ensure that such cases no longer occur.
