developer_mh Posted April 18, 2018 Report Posted April 18, 2018 Hi Tim, see this post here for reference: https://forum.valentin-software.com/topic/468-curved-building-in-pvsol You could also import your own 3D model that you have created with another 3D software like Sketchup or similar, but you should be aware of the fact that you can only place PV modules on flat surfaces. This is why you will have to approximate your round roof with several sections of plane surfaces. Hope that helps, Martin Quote
Tim Posted May 10, 2018 Author Report Posted May 10, 2018 Dear Martin, Can i convert a .dwfx or .dfw into on of the supporter formats -->.x .obj .dae .blend. ... ? BR,  Quote
developer_mh Posted May 14, 2018 Report Posted May 14, 2018 Hi Tim, if you refer to .dwfx and .dwf file format from Autodesk, I am almost sure that you can export your models into .obj or similar in their programs. I don't have AutoCAD here, so I can't test it, but it should work. Kind regards, Martin 1 Quote
