Bashir Posted April 15, 2018 Report Posted April 15, 2018 Dears , we are in Saudi Arabia and I'm new in PV sol, I need to add tables off tariffs according to this data : 1-6000 watt/hour the cost of the watt is 0.18 from 6000 watts/hour to max the cost of a watt is 0.3 because I didn't see the option of watt/hour bashir alqatanani Quote
developer_mm Posted April 16, 2018 Report Posted April 16, 2018 Hello Bashir, welcome to our forum. In PV*SOL you cannot select watt/hour as a unit. Watts/hour is also a pretty strange unit for an energy consumption tariff. Normally you would have "currency per kWh". In a quick search I found your tariff on this website http://gulfbusiness.com/saudi-double-electricity-prices/ There I could find watt/hour, which, as I said, is pretty strange.I looked further into this and found these two websites http://saudigazette.com.sa/article/524039/SAUDI-ARABIA/Electricity-tariffs-to-be-revised-from-Jan-1 https://www.se.com.sa/en-us/customers/Pages/TariffRates.aspx On these websites the consumption tariffs are given in halalas per kWh, which would make much more sense. Finally in PV*SOL you can select "your currency/kWh" for the tariffs. Just go to "Databases -> from-grid tariffs". There you create a new tariff like this one: Kind regards, Marcel. Quote
Bashir Posted April 16, 2018 Author Report Posted April 16, 2018 HI developer_mm, thanks for your helpful answer its help me so much. About the price of each PV panel & inverter can I insert it to the PV sol ???? Quote
developer_mm Posted April 16, 2018 Report Posted April 16, 2018 No, you cannot insert a price for each component. But on the "Financial Analysis" page you can enter the total price of the PV system in currency/kWp or absolutely in your currency. In addition, many other details are possible, such as annual costs (e.g. insurances). Quote
