February 11, 201610 yr comment_728 Dear Eddie, in order to be able to place pv modules on the building you would have to build it in the 3D environment of PV*SOL premium. You can import the footprint of your building into PV*SOL ('Map Section' -> 'Load from Hard Drive') and then use the Tool 'Sketch a 3D polygon' to draw the circumference around your footrpint. After that, use right-click 'Extrude 3D Object' to give it the proper height. After that, you can place modules as to your wishes. Hope that helps, Martin Hofmann Report
