Error importing image

I've been using PVSOL premium for a week now and it suddenly started to prompt an error while I try to import images in PhotoPLan.
Do you have some solutions for this problem?

coudl you provide more details about the error? Can you make a screenshot? Also, the logfiles would be interesting. You can find them here:
