TestUser Posted May 15, 2021 Report Posted May 15, 2021 I have recently instaled trial version of PV*SOL premium and the program turns off after showing welcome screen. I tried reinstaling program but it didn't help. Tried to force program to launch with high quality nvidia graphic card, installing newest drivers to everything i could but it still turns off after welcome screen. Quote

There are several possibilities here: Many users have to whitelist PV*SOL for their malware scanners preventing the deletion of temporary files needed by PV*SOL. This is just a first thought. Could you send the LOG-File via private message? Maybe this reveals more detailed information for us. You can find the log files here: C:\ProgramData\Valentin EnergieSoftware\log There should be a file called PVSOLpremium.log Best regards, Frederik Quote
