I have a system where the main fuse of the house is 35A so the maximum effect can be more than 24kW from the PV-system.

I want to oversize the system so that I get more during the spring/autumn/winter but then I need to limit the system so that it will not go over 24kW during summer.

I want to have 128 of 310Wp modules (39,68kWp) but it can't go over 24kW on the AC. How do I do that?

Hi SPS,

there is a feature called maximum power clipping, in the "AC mains" dialog on the page "System type, climate and grid".

The value is given in percent. You want to limit the power to 24 kW AC and you have 39,68 kWp installed on the DC side, so your value will be 60 %.

Hope that helps, kind regards,

Martin
