How to add backup generators to grid tied system

Hello,

I am trying to design a solar PV hybrid system. The system is for a factory which is connected to the grid. However the power supply from the grid is unreliable accordingly they are experiencing outages and have installed diesel generators.  Is there a way to do that on PVsol ? adding the generators to the grid connected PV system

Dear Sarah,

these kind of systems are currently not supported in PV*SOL, I am afraid. We have this topic already on our list, but I can't tell a date for the release right now.
